Low pressure very informative and patient salesman ( Big Mike ) took his time let me demo what I wanted never pressured me into any decision through the whole process a proper gent ! All staff were helpful, Carl sales manager worked with me to get me where I wanted to be on the bike of my choice. Jason Sheeley in finance gave me simple run down of options for service contracts and extended warranties, again no pressure you just cant find that any where these days. I had a wonderful experience buying my first bike ever! Hometown Harley Davidson is the place to go if you want to feel like family and really enjoy the experience. Guy Stocks is the salesman you need to request. I have dealt with lots of salesman over the years at car dealerships and traveling salesman but guy stocks doesnt push and he looks out for your best interests. He made great recommendations and kept in touch with me throughout the buying process. Even helped explain to me how to strap it on the trailer when I got it. Perfect buying experienced that surpassed all expectations. Sales and finance team was above and beyond helpful and we did most of the deal by phone (saved me a 2 hour ride in case something did not work out.) They treated me with respect and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered. Lastly, they gave me a very fair price for my trade-in. This is the 4th Harley I have purchased from dealerships and hands-down the best buying experience. Their slogan of "worth the ride" is definitely true with Hometown.
