The SE8-550 camshaft, CNC-ported heads, and a 68mm throttle body optimize power and airflow. The Akrapovič full titanium exhaust, co-developed with Harley-Davidson® Factory Racing, reduces weight by over 10 pounds compared to the standard Milwaukee-Eight® exhaust while maintaining 50-state emissions compliance. The Screamin' Eagle® Racing King 6-speed transmission is designed for durability under race-speed punishment, with shot-peened gears and back-cut shift dogs ensuring precise gear engagement.

Chassis and Handling

The race-spec Öhlins suspension raises ride height by two inches, increasing lean angles for aggressive cornering. The 43mm Öhlins FGR inverted forks and dual Screamin' Eagle® Öhlins remote reservoir shocks are fully adjustable for preload, compression, and rebound damping. The billet aluminum swingarm, machined from a solid 220-pound block of 6061 aluminum down to just 18 pounds, reduces unsprung weight and improves suspension response. Brembo™ GP4-RX CNC calipers, with four 32mm pistons, provide MotoGP-grade stopping power, paired with 320mm Brembo™ T-Drive floating front rotors and a four-piston Brembo™ rear caliper with a 300mm rotor. Billet aluminum midfoot controls replace traditional footboards for increased lean angles and improved control. The race-inspired solo seat with pommel, co-developed with Saddlemen®, raises the rider by one inch for optimized mid-control ergonomics. Cast aluminum wheels, finished in gloss black with a laser-etched CVO™ RR logo, are engineered for reduced weight and improved handling performance.

Design and Materials

The 2025 Harley-Davidson® CVO™ Road Glide® RR features a lightweight carbon fiber body with titanium components, drawing from aerospace and motorsports engineering. The Harley-Davidson® Racing Orange paint, with black and white accents, is the same as that used on the King of the Baggers Factory Race Bikes. Exposed carbon fiber weave is protected by a deep gloss clear coat. Each unit carries a serialized riser clamp, marking its exclusivity.
