I went in to the dealership to look around, waiting for the Rider's Academy class to start. I already had an idea of the type of bike I wanted, I just wasn't sure I would find it in a Harley, until he showed me a used 2016 Roadster. It was love at first sight. He stood and talked with me about the bike, didn't talk it up and didn't try to butter up the idea of buying it as he seemed conscious of the fact that I was apprehensive and not even certain riding was for me. But I knew that if I let that bike get away I would regret it, so we went and talked up a deal, worked out a great payment plan that fits my budget, and sweetened the deal by covering the cost for my delivery to my house. If I am ever in the market for a new Harley in a few years (and after 500 miles on my bike now, I know I will), I'll be back. And I'll be asking for Kris.

Great people who want to get you into a bike

I worked with Kris Castro the Internet Sales Manager and he was very professional and super friendly as well. As a matter of fact I have purchased 3 Harleys from 3 different dealerships and this one by far was the best experience. I was greeted by every staff member I saw even ones just walking by in the store. I was given a guided tour and introduced to the friendly Manager of the Parts Department (Preacherman) who gave me a Parts and Accessories Catalog and Mickey and Ronda from the Motorclothes Department who gave me a free t-shirt and then on to the Service Department to see Destiny where I was given details about what they can offer and even the service history of the gently used bike I had just purchased. Crysten of the Finance Department was pleasant and professional as well.

I have never had such great treatment at any other HD Dealership. I highly recommend them. Check it out for yourself.

My service advisor Destiny was very helpful in getting my parts for my bike and setting up my appointment to get it installed. Even on the day of installation, (today ) she had called to tell me the service technician was running behind and would I mind being an hour later coming in. She was always there to answer my questions and resolve any differences of opinions I may have had. She was awesome and an excellent advisor. I appreciate all she did to get my bike repaired and back to me , even down to correcting the amount owed, she saved me a lot money which I did not even owe. Thank You Destiny and keep up the great work....

Falcons Fury gave me a decent deal, and they were very easy to deal with. They are working hard to be customer focused, and it shows. Purchase through delivery was smooth and I really felt l like they were very respectful through the whole process. My salesman (Wayne) is very knowledgeable and was so helpful through the whole process. Finance through delivery was equally easy, and I liked how they walked you through every department so you can personally meet employees and ask any questions you have.
